IL3685VE product description:

The IL3685VE is a 6kVrms isolated 40Mbps RS-485 transceiver that is fully compliant with the PROFIBUS standard. Its input logic is 3.3V or 5V, with 15kV bus ESD protection; 50kV/microsecond transient immunity. This product is housed in a 16-pin wide-body SOIC package with a true 8mm creepage distance1.
