The C8051F120-GQR is a highly integrated mixed-signal 8-bit microcontroller (MCU) based on the 8051 architecture with 100 MHz performance. This analog-intensive MCU features a 12-bit, 8-channel, 100 ksps ADC, a 12-bit, 2-channel DAC, and 2 comparators. The C8051F120-GQR also offers 128 kB Flash, 8 kB RAM, and five 16-bit timers and other communication interfaces in a 14x14 mm, compact TQFP-100 package.
