K9F1G08U0D-SCBO Product Description

         K9F1G08U0D-SCBO is a 1G-bit NAND flash memory chip from Samsung Electronics, and its NAND cell provides the most cost-effective solid-state application market solution. Its program operations can execute (2K+64) byte pages in typical 250 microseconds, and erase operations can execute (128K+4K) byte blocks in typical 2 milliseconds. Data in the data register can be read out at a cycle time of 30 ns per byte. The I/O pins serve as ports for address and data input/output and command input. An on-chip write controller automates all program and erase functions, including pulse repetition (if required), and internal verification and margining of data. Even write-intensive systems can take advantage of the extended reliability of the K9F1G08X0D by providing ECC (Error Correcting Code) and real-time mapping algorithms.
