SAF-C163-LF Product Description
Infineon's SAF-C163-LF is a 16-bit microcontroller (MCU) designed for automotive safety and powertrain systems. It is a member of the advanced AURIX™ family and is based on the high-performance TriCore™ RISC architecture.
